Suggested Use
First, shake the bottle. To use as a Brushing Rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back + brush.
To use as a Pre-Rinse, and for optimal results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out + follow with Steps 2 and 3 of The Pristine Protocol: Organic Low Abrasion Toothpaste and On-Demand Tooth Polish. And, of course, you can use it any time as a Mouthwash.
