These nutrients include 2500 IU of vitamin A in one serving. Vitamin A may promote healthy tear production (which may have protective effects) and improved night vision. VisionPro Nutrients also provides copper zinc vitamin E and vitamin C. In addition Metafolin L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) is a naturally-occurring form of the B complex vitamin folate.
Meanwhile VisionPro Nutrients also contains the carotenoids lutein zeaxanthin and lycopene. These substances are commonly found in fruits and help maintain the retina as well as macular health. At the same time alpha lipoic acid and the amino acid taurine work with the polyphenol reservatrol in order to support the functioning of photoreceptors.
