E. P. O. (evening primrose oil) is cold-pressed and provides versatile support for healthy skin, cardiovascular function and premenstrual comfort.
Evening primrose oil has been in use for its herbal benefits for a long time. This oil provides relief from premenstrual syndromes and is specially popular among women. Other than that, EPO also provides cardiovascular and joint health.
The main ingredient of evening primrose oil caps by Pure Encapsulations is gamma linolenic acid (GLA), an essential fatty acid. GLA has several essential roles in promoting general health. GLA specially provides support to skin health and addresses several skin problems.
EPO may also provid joint health by keeping joints lubricated as well as may provide antioxidant support.
Each softgel capsule contains 500 mg of EPO (cold-pressed) which provides guaranteed 45 mg of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) in each serving.
