Common Uses of Cinnamon Essential Oil:

AROMA INHALATION :

Add a few drops to an absorbent paper towel sheet, cotton ball, soft tissue or handkerchief; Place a few drops into a diffuser, plug-in device, or on a light bulb, or simply add 4 or 5 drops into a small bowl of hot water.

BODY MASSAGE:

Blend a few drops of Nature's Answer essential oil with a fragrance-free or lightly-fragranced body lotion such as Almond Oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter or Coconut. Apply gently.(do not apply essential oils directly to skin)

Suggested Use

Inhalation directions: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small pot of boiling water. Inhale gently.

Topical directions: Do not apply directly to skin. Blend 1-4 drops with your favorite lotion or carrier oil, such as avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba or sesame. Do not exceed 4 drops.
