• Bifidobacterium Lactis – known for its ability to boost your immunity by stimulating natural killer cells and antibodies
• Lactobacillus Plantarum – known to help improve gut health by producing antimicrobial substances, enhancing the intestinal barrier, and modulating inflammation
• Lactobacillus Paracasei known to help improve gut health by reducing intestinal permeability, and help with excessive bowel movements and sensitive bowels
• Lactobacillus acidophilus – naturally found in the intestinal tract and helps in maintaining the intestinal flora, and because it can help support vaginal health by producing lactic acid and hydrogen peroxide that inhibit harmful bacteria and yeast, it is easily the best probiotic for women.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules once daily. For best results, take one (1) capsule during the day and one (1) capsule in the evening. Repeat the process daily. Do not exceed two capsules per day.
