Goldenseal is a American root used to stimulate the mucus membrane to remove bile. Goldenseal Root AF from Nature's Answer is traditionally used as a way to alleviate a stuffy nose during a cold or the flu. This particular blend is alcohol free for those with allergies or are alcohol-sensitive.
