Chai tea is made from a blend of black tea, ginger, and spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, fennel, black pepper, and cloves.
Most tea varieties are brewed with water, but chai tea is traditionally brewed with both warm water and warm milk. Chai tea lattes are also a delicious way to enjoy this brew. This traditional drink of India has a distinctively, delicious taste. It tastes great whether served hot or cold!

Suggested Use
Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Add 2 oz of hot milk (or dairy substitute), and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
