We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with Herbs Direct, and we’re committed to providing a smooth, straightforward return experience.

Refund Method:

All refunds are issued to the original credit card used at checkout. In the rare event that a refund cannot be processed back to the original credit card, an alternative refund method will be offered.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order.
  • All returns must include your packing slip, order number, or full name and order date inside the package. Missing information may delay processing.
  • Unopened products returned in original, sealed packaging are eligible for a 100% refund, up to a maximum of 6 units per product.
  • Returns exceeding 6 units of the same product are subject to a 30% restocking fee on the additional units. This policy is intended for end-users, not resellers.
  • Refunds apply to product costs only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Raw herbs are guaranteed to be fresh and of the highest quality. However, due to their specialized nature, we cannot offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong item or a change of mind.
  • All Clearance sales are final, returns are not eligible for Clearance items.
  • Please package returns securely and consider using insurance or delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • Returns are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.
